DELIVERY POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at RAWW_PLAY.
All orders from Singapore are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. (For now we ship within Singapore ONLY)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
There will be 3 delivery attempts made. If recipient is unreachable via phone, SMS, email, the parcel will be returned. Additional delivery fee of $5 will be imposed for another delivery attempt after which.

Unfortunately unless goods are found to be defective during the course of delivery, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All electronic products are tested prior.
